About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work on recruitment individually 2. Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives. 3. Handle front office activities and other day-to-day routine work of the office administration, etc. 4. Implement the performance management process for the employees including but not limited to monitoring the performance of employees on an ongoing basis and conducting a performance review 5. Recommend and implement strategic directions for people development within the company 6. Arrange one-to-one meetings with the staff on a regular basis and provide counseling and assistance to all designated employees in accordance with the company's policies and procedures 7. Perform root-cause analysis of HR-related issues whenever escalated 8. Report about the day-to-day progress and provide administrative services to the management +. Execute any other assigned duties as per business requirements 10. Interact with the team on a regular basis 11.
