Job description
The Human Resources department serves a diverse population around 2800 employees (10 countries in UK, Europe, Asia, US and Morocco) and 10 professional families and expertise. Group Operations Transformation has been set up in 2017 and will continue its in-depth transformation in the coming years.
Mission
The purpose of the HR Advisor role is to provide expert advice, guidance, support on HR related matters for Group Operations UK, working alongside the HRBP Lead. The HR Advisor will have proven experience in dealing with complex employee relations as well as general admin related activities.
Main Activities
• Ensure timely, regular and consistent feedbacks to HRBP Lead on business topics, needs and any operational risks.
• Providing expert advice, guidance, support and coaching to global managers to resolve employee relations queries including performance management, sickness absence, restructures.
• Using data to drive decisions - produce, analyse and communicate MI where key trends and risks to the business are identified.
• Reviewing existing policies, procedures and practices and updating in line with Operating Company changes. Responsible for updating and maintaining content on the HR Portal making it accessible to all employees.
• Manage employee requests through the HR Portal (including liasing with the Operating Company People Services/Payroll teams) and follow up to ensure the resolution of the query with a high customer service focus.
• Support on the implementation of the new HR & Payroll tool.
• Work with the HR Admin team to update local and global HR systems, based on procedures & user guides in a timely manner, and is responsible for UK internal HR data quality to ensure that business decisions are made using accurate information.
• Support the HR Team with the administration of all local and global People processes and activities including performance management and Year End People Review
• Point of contact for compliance and audit requests for HR in coordination with appropriate.
• Understand the basics of GDPR and acts as a champion to ensure confidential employee information is protected.
• Process data requests and produce reports and dashboards for various stakeholders on a monthly or ad-hoc basis.
Your Profile
Strong HR background with proven experience on general HR practices and processes. Ability to deal with complex cases such as performance management, disciplinary, redundancies.
Hard Skills
· Part or Full CIPD qualification
· At least 5 years of Human Resources experience preferably in a multinational environment
· Experience managing employee relations cases
· Experience of working in a fast-paced HR Team
· English speaker
· Must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
