Roles and Responsibilities -

As an HR and Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the human resources and administrative functions of the company. Your primary role will be to ensure that the organization's HR and administrative policies and procedures are in line with the company's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and other related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including job descriptions, interviewing, reference checks, and offer letters

· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives

· Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations

· Maintain accurate records and files for all HR and administrative activities

· Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures

· Manage the payroll process, including processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and handling any payroll-related issues

· Develop and implement employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits

· Manage and oversee the company's administrative functions, including office management, facilities, and vendor relationships

· Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR and administrative issues

· Provide support to management and employees in various HR and administrative-related tasks

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles

· Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

· Experience in payroll management and employee benefits administration

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
