Are you passionate about making a difference in the mental health space? Our Not-For-Profit client, offering free digital and telehealth support services for individuals with complex mental health needs and their families, is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner
Key Details:
Location: Carlton, Victoria - Hybrid working structure once trained
Rate: $60ph + Super
Start Date: ASAP
Duration 3 months temp assignment with potential for permenancy
Stardard Business Hour, Monday to Friday - with flexibility available
What You’ll Do:
Lead Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, and oversee requisition approvals.
Enhance Position Descriptions: Assist in developing and reviewing job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect each role.
Maintain HR Systems: Keep all HR documents, data, policies, and procedures up to date and accessible, working closely with the Workforce Experience Coordinator.
Support Learning & Development: Provide administrative support to coordinate L&D initiatives.
HR & Operational Support: Assist the HR Manager and Workforce Experience Coordinator with various HR and operational matters.
Workforce Planning: Act as the Services Workforce Coordinator during leave, managing roster changes, leave planning, and ensuring effective shift coverage.
Rostering Coordination: Communicate and manage fortnightly rosters, addressing any changes as needed to meet service demands.
Collaboration: Work closely with Payroll/Finance to ensure roster costs are within budget and resolve any issues that arise.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all WHS policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who can wear multiple hats, from leading recruitment efforts to supporting workforce planning and ensuring compliance. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR, with the Workforce Experience Coordinator and Rostering Coordinator reporting into you.
