Role Overview
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent in sales and business development professionals.

Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition & Headhunting: Proactively source, attract, and engage candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, posting roles, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication.
• Candidate Management & Interviews: Conduct pre-screening, manage interview scheduling, and liaise with hiring managers to identify top candidates.
