Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, onboarding, and offboarding.
Support employees with their queries and enhance their experience by facilitating communication and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Work laws.
Requirements
Three years of human resources (HR) experience in the not-for-profit sector.
A can-do proactive attitude with the ability to work with various stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
