Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR cum Admin Officer to join our Online Digital Marketing Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a range of human resources and administrative tasks to support our growing team. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, office management, and administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

- Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.

- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding sessions.

- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, personal information, and performance reviews.

- Employee Relations:

- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.

- Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.

- Compliance & Policy Management:

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

- Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.

- Manage and monitor attendance, leave records, and performance appraisals.

Administration:

- Office Management:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.

- Coordinate and organize meetings, workshops, and events.

- Record Keeping & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for both HR and administrative purposes.

- Handle correspondence, file management, and documentation of internal and external communications.

- Support & Coordination:

- Assist in the planning and execution of training programs and workshops.

- Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as required.

- Ensure the smooth functioning of online learning platforms and coordinate with IT support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in an HR and/or administrative role, preferably within the education or online training sector.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the digital marketing industry or educational institutions.

- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.

- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
