Full job description
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems, setting objectives, and conducting evaluations.
Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws, updating policies as necessary to remain compliant.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, job descriptions, and employment contracts.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR or a related field.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
