Roles and Responsibilities:-
 Streamlining HR activities.
 Maintaining Employee Life Cycle from Induction to Exit.
 Structured employee connections like conducting Skip Meetings, town halls, brown bags, and open forums.
 Strategizing on new interventions for Employee Engagement.
 Ensuring Floor coverage by self and team to understand the pulse.
 Ensuring attrition control measures like RAG and succession planning are in place.
 Should have deep knowledge in all statutory compliances like Payroll, PF, ESIC, and Mediclaim.
 Team Management experience a mandate
 Good exposure to Performance Management.
 Design and Implement appropriate Rewards & Recognition program for employees related to customer delight.
 Communicate with Business heads for better alignment.
 Evaluate and improvise the current HR practices to keep with time and external benchmarks.
 Lead projects and drive change management.

Experience:-
 Any 1+
Also hiring MBA Freshers in HR (full time MBA)

Skills required:-
 High technical competency (Compensation Management, Employee Relations Management)
 Leadership, Strategic Thinking
 Proactive and sound level of business knowledge.
 High standards of integrity
 Capacity to handle heavy work load
 Sound knowledge of human resources strategies & procedures
 Good understanding of Labor Law(Conflict Management, Counseling and Diagnostic, wages )
 Proficient in MS office( Excel & PowerPoint)
 Rotational day shift, rotational 2 week offs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Night shift
US shift
