Roles and Responsibilities of HR Manager:-
Performance Management
1) Implementation and training staff for new performance management system and ISO Documentation published on company website for employees
2) To support in appraisal cycles
3) To train and cover all employees and seniors on tools
4) To sustain flow of information at all levels
5) Ensure on time reviews and appraisal meetings
6) Salary reviews / promotions letters and meetings with concerned
Internal communications
1 Implement internal communication processes and tools
(Intranet announcements, Internal emails to employees pertaining updations, amendments, notifications and awareness or any other information)
2) Ensure monthly/ quarterly communication meetings with all employees
HRIS/ Reportings
1) Keep HRIS data updated abiding to data protection policy for HR Records
2) Keep all employee records updated following the ISO Standards
(ISO 27001, IS0 +001)
3) HR Reports for senior management team (appraisals, rolling attrition, Head counts, support in new processes to implement
Salary Benchmarking
1) Salary benchmarking data (analysis of data from various portals and updating as per business standards) and updations on regular basis
Staffing
1) Maintaining Personnel Files
2) Ex-employee Background verifications
3) Collection of mandatory documents during Joining
4) Issuing Appointment letters
5) Drafting Policies Agreements and ensure implementations.
6) Inductions for New Joiners
7) Seeking references from previous employees
8) Preparing organizational announcements
+) Updations of records in HRMIS and concerned Registers
10) Co-ordination with Admin relating to admin arrangements like system, workstation allocations, Access Cards, bank accounts, Insurance etc.
Training and Developments
1) Training Co-ordinations (Internal External)
2) Trainings records dept wise / employee wise
3) Training attendances
4) Training types / needs and analysis
5) Conducting internal HR related trainings (Performance Management, Competency Frameworks, update on Compliance (Notifications), Awareness sessions etc.
6) Preparing quarterly and yearly reports
7) Ensuring mandatory trainings (online completed by New Joiners as well as scheduled training for other staff
Time and Attendance (Manual / Automated leave management system)
1) Attendance Registers (Form 28, 18)
2) Biometrics (Finger impressions) Records
3) Leave Card managements
4) Excel sheets for leave and attendances
5) Preparing monthly / quarterly and yearly report and maintaining records for payroll
Employee Onboarding
1) Organize orientation programs (first day, first week, first month and first quarter)
2) Act as a consultant to new employees
3) Create and update our employee handbook
4) Monitor new hire turnover and retention rates
5) Schedule and oversee training sessions
6) Introduce new hires to current employees
7) Add new employees' information to company's payroll system
8) Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. work schedules and contract details)
Exit formalities
1) Conducting Exit Interviews
2) Updations in HRMIS / Registers
3) Acceptance of resignations letters
4) Issuing Relieving and Experience letters
5) Preparing exit documentations
6) Exit emails to concern within staff and pertaining deletions from benefits (Insurances etc.)
7) F&F Settlements
Non-Statutory Compliances
1) Mediclaim Insurance Policy - renewals / claims / additions
2) Short leaves / Flexi Time -updations / records maintaining for payroll
Statutory Compliances
1) Provident Fund
2) Professional Tax
3) ESIC
Employee Grievances / Redressals
