Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Onboarding and Induction
• Manage pre-boarding processes, including background checks, document verification, and IT setup.
• Organize and conduct new hire orientation programs to align employees with company policies and culture.
• Prepare and update onboarding kits, welcome emails, and other relevant materials.
• Serve as the primary contact for new employees, addressing queries and concerns during the onboarding process.
• Payroll Management
• Collate and verify payroll inputs, including attendance, leaves, and overtime details.
• Coordinate with the finance team for accurate and timely salary processing.
• Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve employee queries regarding compensation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and TDS.
• Mediclaim Administration
• Enroll new employees in the companys mediclaim policy and maintain updated records.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve claims and policy-related issues.
• Communicate policy updates and ensure employees are informed about benefits.
• Provide support during claim submissions and follow-ups to ensure quick resolution.
• Contract Labour Hiring and Management
• Liaise with staffing agencies and contractors to source contract labor as per operational needs.
• Verify contractor compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Maintain attendance and wage records for contract workers.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• HR Operations and Compliance
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
• Assist in the creation of MIS reports for payroll, onboarding, and contract labor data.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and handle grievances related to onboarding and benefits.
• Keep updated with labor laws and ensure all HR practices comply with regulations.
