The Global Programs and Platform Effectiveness team sits within the broader People Operations team. We are responsible for building and scaling the infrastructure, upon which company s employee experience and people processes can scale. We optimize key global programs across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to transitions and offboarding and ensure employees receive an excellent experience.
This role will be responsible for supporting key onboarding operations initiatives, focused on delivering a seamless end to end process and fixing key operational issues. Examples include:
• Align with onboarding, payroll, regional team, recruiting, mobility on start date calendars and lead times
• Enable proactive onboarding monitoring through cross-functional KPIs, metrics onboarding process effectiveness from offer to Day 1+
• Support a scaled HR support model for onboarding to ensure services are standardized and processes are well documented
• Help define the operating model for onboarding across our cross-functional partners like IT, security, places, etc.
