Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, including understanding job requirements, advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Sourcing Candidates:
Use various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, etc.) to source potential candidates.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule in-person/virtual interviews.
Coordinate and manage interview logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
Candidate Management:
Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Recruitment Metrics:
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire).
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to leadership.
Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal, compliance, and organizational standards.
Maintain accurate documentation for all recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors/PG degree in any Stream
Experience:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (Non IT) or similar role.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Familiarity with social media recruiting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines..
