Job Responsibilities
• Support Recruitment Manager with Recruitment reports, procedures
• Managing Monthly Dashboards, KPI reports and Demand Plan
• Responsible for Weekly, Monthly and Periodical reports delivery with 100% accuracy ensuring SLA is compiled always
• Create, Manage and run Recruitment reports from Jobvite
• Key accountability of the data storage, dashboards, tracking and information guides for the TA process
• Part of the Quality team for validations of reports for accuracy and timeliness as per the client's requirements
• Played a key role in optimizing the work process by working with HR team across geographies to align initiatives and maximize collaboration, reduce duplication and share leading practices
• Created Process documents and Process Guidelines for all the TA Processes, maintained and updated on timely basis if any changes in the process
• Manage Confidentiality of data by following confidentiality standards
• Manage Recruitment Provisions
• Processing Vendor invoices and advising invoice payments
