We are seeking a motivated HR Support Officer with a minimum of 18 months local experience in HR to join one of Adelaide's leading insurance companies. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR function by providing support across various HR processes.

Benefits
Competitive hourly rate of $35-$45/ hour + super (depending on experience)
NO weekends! Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding, Offboarding, and Employee Transfers: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to offboarding departing employees. This includes updating HR systems, preparing documentation, and coordinating transfers.
HR Operations: Assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing changes to employment conditions, and coordinating the Years-of-Service program.
Data Analysis: Contribute to data-driven decision making by compiling and analysing HR data, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
HR Projects: Participate in HR projects aimed at improving organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Employee Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all HR inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
