HRIS Administrator

This is an exciting time to join NRW Holdings as we are now seeking an experienced and service focussed HRIS Administrator to join our HR Systems team. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate HR data, providing system support and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Reporting to the HRIS & Reporting Lead you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Managing the HR Systems inbox, investigating issues, implementing fixes and responding as required
Providing HR system support to the Human Resources and wider teams
Supporting the HRIS Officer perform data quality audits and data fixes
Maintaining accurate records within all HR systems
Assisting the production of reports for internal and external stakeholders
Analysing the HR Systems for continuous improvement
Assisting management in identifying, analysing and recommending business process enhancements
Creating test scenarios and support thorough testing of any system or process enhancements
To be considered for this position it is preferrable to have:

Previous experience in a HR Systems role is highly desirable
Experience using PayGlobal or similar system is highly desirable
Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advance level)
Strong attention to detail, prioritisation and deadline focussed with flexibility to adjust when needed
Strong problem-solving with data, systems and when interacting with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication
