Job Title: HR/Marketing Assistant
NVC, a leading provider of commercial real estate valuation and consulting services, is seeking a highly organized and adaptable professional to support our Human Resources, Executive, and Marketing functions as a key member of our team.
In this multifaceted role, you will support the Human Resources and Marketing departments and assist the executive leadership team—making you an integral part of NVC’s continued success. Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, records, and documentation.
Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and benefits enrollment.
Track state licensing requirements for appraisers; manage CEO and executive licensing renewals.
Coordinate open enrollment and maintain benefit provider platforms.
Manage and update job postings on the company website, LinkedIn, and industry-specific job boards.
Schedule performance reviews.
Provide administrative support to HR leadership and assist with recruiting coordination.
Primary contact for all facility and office-related matters, such as managing maintenance requests and ordering office supplies.
Executive Support (CEO):
Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Run errands, make purchases, and ensure office setup for new hires.
Plan and coordinate executive conferences and seminars.
Provide general administrative assistance to the CEO and executive team as needed.
Marketing & Internal Communications:
Support creation and updates of appraiser qualifications and company brochures.
Manage employee recognition milestones and assist with internal announcements.
Post updates on social media and assist with holiday card and gift initiatives.
Coordinate marketing trips and update bid platforms with licensing information.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Executive Assistance, or Administrative Support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
Acute attention to detail with a "zero-mistake" mindset when handling sensitive data or complex documentation.
