We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Adviser to work in our HR team and contribute to the success of our business.
Job Summary:
As a Human Resource Adviser, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, implementing policies, and managing employee relations. You will play a key role in talent acquisition, performance management, and ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with Australian workplace laws, health and safety regulations, and Fair Work policies.
Develop and oversee performance management programs, including appraisals, training, and development.
Manage payroll, employee benefits, and workplace compensation processes.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR best practices and workforce planning.
Conduct training sessions on company policies, employee rights, and workplace ethics.
Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and personnel files.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Adviser or HR Consultant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide a team.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Salary $70,000 - $80,000 + superannuation
