Manage HR compliance with I-+ forms, labor law posters, employee training and other federal and state requirements and maintain electronic personnel files
Track and process data changes and assist with import files within the HRIS system
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed

Our client is a private investment firm with over $100 billion in AUM with a focus on global real estate. The Human Resource Analyst will be responsible for data management, reporting and analytics across the organization.
