Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment of Candidates:

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

Whether an employee is new or existing, regular skill-building sessions are necessary for career development and productivity.
HR oversees training needs, ensuring employees stay motivated and meet personal and professional goals.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
HR manages the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to retirement or separation.
They focus on employee satisfaction, well-being, and resource availability.
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Promoting Company Culture:
HR fosters a positive workplace culture and job satisfaction.
They align employees with the organization’s purpose and values.
Protecting Employees:

Requirements:
At Least 3 years of experience in HR domain.
