Human Resources Administrative Executive

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to support all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, on- and off-boarding, HRIS, employee engagement, benefits administration, and other HR Tasks. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources and facilities management.

This position is based in our Hyderabad office, and will be supporting our staff in Pune and Hyderabad.

As a Human Resource Administrative Executive you will be responsible for the following :

Onboarding/Offboarding
• Support and coordinate onboarding of new, lateral and campus hires
• Manage onboarding steps for new hires including welcome emails, background checks, IT, coordination, onboarding instructions, training schedules, insurance, salary account opening, etc.
• Facilitates new hires to understand company policies and procedures
• Maintain all relevant new hire documents such as offer letters, NDAs etc.
• Manage offboarding process for exiting employees

Benefits and HR Systems
• Ensure timely new hire benefits enrollment (Personal accident insurance, group health insurance, access to payroll systems, etc.)
• Support attendance and leave management

Facilities Management
• Co-ordinate new employee accommodation booking
• Liaise with concerned stakeholders for creation of ID and access card
• Manage travel and hotel reservations

Employee Database and Human Resource system management, compliance and other tasks
• Maintain employee records and various organizational changes while maintaining data integrity
• Help with HR-related employee questions, concerns, and offers solutions
• Liaise with third party vendors for regular business operations
• May prepare HR communications
• Monitor HR compliance with workplace regulatory practices
• Coordinate and may facilitate company events and employee engagement initiatives
• Support and participates in global HR projects

What you should have:
• Master’s / Post Graduation Degree with specialization in HR
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in handling HR activities
• Working knowledge of Indian payroll and compliance
• Hands-on experience with MS Office/Office 365 and HRIS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with the ability to prioritize
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly
• Strong organizational and time management skills
