Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling employee queries, coordinating hiring and onboarding processes, and adhering to relevant laws
Your role will also involve managing conflicts or grievances between employees and dealing with legal issues related to job applications and other concerns
Oversee the entire hiring and onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees
Keep employee records up-to-date, including attendance and EEO data for transparency and compliance
Prepare necessary paperwork for HR policies and procedures, such as offer letters and agreements
Manage employee relations by collaborating with employees to resolve conflicts or grievances in a timely manner
Handle legal issues related to job applications, layoffs, and other concerns proactively and professionally
Keep the HR database updated with employee information and necessary documentation for easy access and reference
Respond to employee inquiries about benefits and other HR-related issues promptly and accurately
Create guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies to keep employees informed
Develop training materials that are comprehensive and tailored to the needs of our employees
Use your strong analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking skills to resolve HR-related challenges effectively and promptly

We are looking for a meticulous Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling employee queries, coordinating hiring and onboarding processes, and adhering to relevant laws.
