Job description
ROLE PURPOSE
Working closely with the HR Manager, this role will support the business in all aspects of HR administration, in particular supporting in maintaining HR Platforms, records management, and data compliance. The position will be employee faced and require someone who is proactive and has the ability to work independently and as a team when required. Within this role confidentiality is essential and the ability to tackle tasks tactfully and professionally. In addition to HR support, this role will support on administrative tasks for facilities, Health & Safety and I.T.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• First line support for HR related queries and function administrative tasks
• Onboarding and offboarding
• Maintenance of HR Platforms
• Supporting in recruitment activities
• Ensure all data captured and records kept are compliant with Data Protection/GDPR regulations.
• HR processes
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
• HR Team
• Leadership Team and employees
• Regional HR Team
• Nutbourne (IT Team)
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
• Previous HR Administration experience and understanding of HR processes
• Proven experience in maintaining HRIS and ability to deal with confidential information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, time-management and organisational skills
• Good MS Office skills, in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise workload and manage multiple activities
• Level 3 CIPD Qualified (desirable)
• Good problem solving and project management skills (desirable)
