We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator (3-5 years) skilled in payroll management and travel coordination. The role involves managing payroll processes, coordinating employee travel, and supporting general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Payroll: Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Address payroll-related queries and collaborate with finance for audits.
• Travel Management: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and vendor negotiations. Maintain travel policies and budgets.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, support onboarding/offboarding, and assist in HR initiatives like training and engagement activities.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, with accurate reporting for payroll and travel expenses.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in HR administration with payroll and travel expertise.
• Skills: Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Office; strong organizational and communication skills; knowledge of labor laws.
