Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Human Resources Administrator to manage and oversee all administrative functions within the office, including IT support. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, highly efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks across various areas of office management, including coordination, documentation, communication, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth office operations, manage supplies, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital records in compliance with company policies.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and coordinate with external vendors for tech support.
• Act as the point of contact for administrative queries, meeting scheduling, and support for HR tasks.
• Maintain and update asset logs, ensure proper use and distribution of office resources, and oversee inventory to ensure everything is accounted for.
• Supervise and coordinate office help staff, ensuring their tasks and schedules align with office needs and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Manage correspondence, support senior management, and liaise with vendors and clients.
• Manage and organize company events and manage logistics such as venue and transportation.
• Prepare reports on office operations and maintain regular updates for management.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and task execution.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and office technology (computers, printers, etc.).
• Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors from any relevant field.
