Human Resources Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units
• Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and
policies
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Lead annual promotion, performance and compensation programs
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and
increase productivity and retention
• Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
• Drive employee Engagement initiatives through effective employee connect, conduct periodic communication forums, open house forums and town hall meetings
• Build a strong EVP and strengthen the employer brand of the organisation
• Provide accurate and constructive information to the leadership team to help formulate effective
people strategies
• Conduct regular surveys including pulse surveys to understand employee morale and different aspects of employee life cycle
• Act as change agent to business through process design and approach that support change and transformation – striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status
• Conduct employee onboarding and initial orientation to all newly hired employees
• Verifying all the documents submitted by the candidates
• Develop and foster a work environment that is entrepreneurial, customer-focused, results- oriented
• Processing monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll subject matter expert
• Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
• Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in an HR business partner role and a related HR role such as talent management, program management or compensation
• IT Industry experience is preferred
