Responsibilities
Monday to Friday
Assist with HR for the office and hotels by updating and maintaining employee files, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, orientation, training, and other procedures, as necessary
Handle internal inquiries, complaints, injuries, and workers compensation
Assists in developing and streamlining company policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately after approval and making sure all files are complete and organized as expected by owners
Perform review and analysis of duties, tasks, and projects and keep ownership and management properly informed
Responsible for intake of hotel guest customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents that are not resolved at hotels and reach our office
Maintain and update all office and company insurance policies
Conduct employee morale surveys at hotels and help us determine how we can better serve our teams
Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the company in any department, as needed

Duties and Responsibilities - include but are not limited to the following:

• Previous Human Resources experience for CA required and AZ and Utah preferred
• Very strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential

• Very prompt, hardworking, and loves what they do
• Ability to work independently with little supervision required
