KPO is looking for a smart, intelligent, and talented HR & Admin Executive to join our growing company.
Principal Accountabilities:
Search potential candidates using various tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, etc.
Contact candidates interested for a brief HR interview and schedule tests.
Prepare in advance for the tests when candidates arrive.
Prepare contract for new candidates selected
Onboard new staff members joining the office.
Staff management includes monitoring leaves, engaging staff to ensure retention, occasional office treats, etc.
Manage reception at the office
Office management including handling cleaning staff, order supplies, etc.
Social media postings for certain office events
Other additional duties as directed by the management
Essential:
1)2-3 years experience working in a similar role.
2) Working knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite tools like Gmail, Drive, etc and social media platforms like Linkedin, Facebook, etc
3) Fluent English both oral written to communicate with candidates and staff
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in any stream
Salary:
Rs.15000-30000 per month depending on experience
