Location: Noida

Experience: 1+ years (fresher with exceptional English skills can apply)

Salary : 3.5 to 6 lacs per annum plus bonus based on experience and skills

Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate HR procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Maintain India office action logs and follow-ups, and keep everyone accountable - IMPORTANT
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay budgets, monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions, and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource govt requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency

Requirements
• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
• Proficient in MS Office
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A team player with leadership skills
• BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
