Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive • The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and, developing and implementing HR strategies, managing performance and employee relations, and driving employee engagement - retention initiatives, also organize employee performance improvement • Coordinating and facilitating meetings, events, and communications with internal and external stakeholders • Preparing reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and other documents • Daily operation monitoring at office , and activity report to management. Experience & Qualification Requirement. • Strong knowledge of HR practices in the IT industry. • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives • MBA or BBA , specialization in Human Resources, or related field, relevant certification in Human Resources Management is a plus Salary: 15K to 25K per month Job Type: Full-time, Work from office ( Monday to Friday) Interested candidate email your resume to : hr@centersource.online and call @ ++1-8+10151601
