WHO YOU ARE:
• 1 - 2 years proven work experience as an HR Recruiter in a Recruitment Consultancy/ an Agency set up
• Excellent at using MS- Office Suit & HRMS platforms.
• Strong communication skills with phone etiquette are a must.
• Smart, mature, self-motivated individual having the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Assist in the end-to-end process of talent acquisition and recruitment for positions across different levels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Documentation and conducting reference checks.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to discover potential candidates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep our recruitment processes competitive and innovative.
• Promote our company's culture, values, and employee value proposition to attract potential candidates.
