Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks, including Recruitment HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and practices
• Understanding of employee benefits programs
• Personnel management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Relevant coursework or previous internship experience in HR
