Internship Location: Noida Sector 136
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Recruitment team for a 3-month internship. This internship will provide valuable exposure to recruitment processes and an opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Participate in initial candidate screenings and assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct reference checks and assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job requisition records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and advertisements.
• Contribute to recruitment projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with a focus on Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Recruitment or Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS or HRIS software is a plus.
