In this project the trainee will learn different interventions carried out to build employee connect. Study factors effecting Employee Engagement The trainee is required to research the kind of projects we operate in and challenges associated with it to rotate tenured employees and propose the solutions to overcome these challenges. Objective: * To Reducing Monotony of the Job * Succession Planning *Creating Right Employee Job Fit Exposing Workers to All Verticals of the Company The trainee has to help classifying the skills and competencies exit in the organization and based on that help creating job description for each level. Objective Employee disengagement. Employee demands for greater workplace flexibility. Lack of diversity at the top. Objective Provide suggestions to enhance Employee experience based on the finding. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Outstanding knowledge of MS Office HR systems will be a plus. Efficient HR administration and people management skills. Meticulous attention to detail All the Trainees will help Drive employee engagement initiative at the studio organization level.

Specialization HR+ Finance HR+ Marketing

It will be great to have (6months - 1 year) experience.

Skills and Attributes Required : Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
