Job Overview
HR MANAGER We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong workplace culture, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records in line with UK employment laws
Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration
Advise managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Manage employee relations and support performance reviews
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Requirements
Proven experience in an HR or administrative role
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software tools
Must currently reside in the UK
