Your work title will be "Human & Factory Resources Manager", and you will report to the company’s Director.
Job Description
As an HFR Manager, it is your sole duty to fulfill liabilities described below: -
• Office joining hours is crucial part of your profile to be on time and note of staff presence & absences and manage accordingly. Attendance log consisting each employee should be well maintained.
• Salary & Payroll preparation, managing in & out timing, monitoring of office assets etc.
• Archive management of employee files, recruitment & termination log, employee orientation
and filing, ESIC & EPF log, health checkups etc.
• Misconduct handling & On spot termination factor consideration.
• Special observation for harassment towards new employee & resolutions towards it.
• Employee Job rotation & employee transfer.
• Employee health checkup.
• Orientation & training for newly joined employee. monitoring their performance and report
from their supervisor.
• Should be well aware of each employee’s job liabilities & responsibility.
• Monthly complaint & suggestion, news introduction regarding minimum wages and labour
welfare and its documentation.
• Conducting social & technical compliances like Sedex, SA8000, Vriksh, QMS, C-TPAT, ISOand any related Audits.
• Company policy compliance vigilance & corrective measures if any violation is practiced
against it.
• Organizing and managing committee & its members with brief documentation.
• Company asset management, consisting electronic / electric equipment, vehicle insurance
and their documentation & running log etc.
• Factory machine maintenance and its service chart update.
• Workplace In & Out log review.
• Workplace hygiene & co-ordination with related team members.
• Complaint & grievance resolution.
• Security assessment, Identification of prohibited activities and their prevention.
• Cleanliness and hygiene management as well as employee health checkups.
• Government/Non-Government Liasoning.
• Certifications, permissions & licenses from related Govt. department.
• Formal introduction with Fire Safety, Police & Medical personnel’s for emergency situations.
• Infrastructure expansion & related NOC from concerned department.
• Risk assessment, Workplace safety procedures & training.
• Basic First Aid trained
• Budget forecast for any proposed civil construction with respect to company’s asset
expansion & non civil projects (festive event, health checkup camps etc.) and other
operations.
• Infrastructure raw material accountability & monitoring.
• Infrastructural maintenance
• Workplace exploitation prevention and anti-women harassment vigilance.
• Organizing various trainings which is related to all necessary factory compliances.
• Other than above, you will be responsible to bear any other management duties upon
request
