We are looking for an experienced and committed Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a true HR generalist who will manage all facets of human resources practices and processes, supporting business needs and ensuring the effective execution of company strategies and objectives. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment is essential. This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for supporting both the business and the HR team. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Offer guidance and support to the leadership team and employees on all employment-related matters.
Oversee the implementation of HR strategies, systems, practices, and procedures across the organisation.
Lead key annual HR programs (ie: workforce planning, workforce engagement, succession planning, performance appraisals)
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Provide management with insights and decision-making support through HR metrics.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all aspects of human resource management.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering capacity, working within a generalist role, with a strong understanding of recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and Australian Labor laws.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Dependable, authentic, and personable with high levels of EQ
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Experience in Workers Compensation, RTW and WHS
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of awards and legislation.
