Job description
LHH is partnering with an Orange County client seeking a Manager of Human Resources. Do you have experience in the Manufacturing or Distrubution industry? Do you enjoy guiding leadership on compliance? Open to an on-site role in a great company?

The Job:
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent, collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews, negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain a positive work environment, implement policies and procedures. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training. Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, experience in lieu of degree considered
• HR Certification preferred (SHRM/PHR)
• 5+ years of HR experience, multi-state multi-site
• Experience utilizing ADP WFN
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%
