Reporting to our Vice President of People, this role offers the perfect blend of human resources and office management duties, with a splash of event planning to keep things exciting
Own the Onboarding and Offboarding Process: Welcome our new hires with a smooth and engaging onboarding experience and ensure departing employees have a positive offboarding process, including exit interviews and thoughtful farewells
Be a People Champion: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, answering questions and resolving issues with a caring approach that aligns with our values
Recruitment with a Personal Touch: Help us find and hire amazing talent that fits our culture
You’ll coordinate job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and keep the hiring process running smoothly
Benefits Administration: Be the go-to expert on our benefits programs, guiding employees through enrollments, changes, and all things benefits-related
Stay on Top of Compliance: Keep us compliant with all HR laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
Support Performance Management: Help implement performance reviews and employee development initiatives that keep our team motivated and aligned
Keep the Office Buzzing: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, from organizing supplies to coordinating repairs, ensuring everything runs like clockwork
Event Planning Extraordinaire: Plan and execute fun and engaging company events—think team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and holiday parties that everyone will remember
