Responsibilities

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualification
• Minimum 8 + years of experience in the Human Resource Operations space
• Cross functional experience in handling HR operational activities/teams for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Contractual Staffing , Invoicing-Payroll ,Vendor Management and HRBP functions
• Proven track record of Client/Stakeholder Management and delivery of services in accordance with the SLA
• Good interpersonal/communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience driving Operational Excellence / Process Improvements / Automation Initiatives
• Must have good Reporting and Analytical skills
• Prior experience managing Contractual Staffing & Third-Party Labor operations is preferred
• Good to have prior working knowledge of Workday
• Education - Bachelors or master’s degree
