The Office of Finance is looking for a dedicated Financial Operations Manager (Administrative Staff) who will:
• Supervise accounting staff in fiscal management of Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA).
• Oversee & develop staff performing General Fund accounting (e.g., cash, investments, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, receipt & disbursement of federal housing assistance payments, development & other loans receivable).
• Oversee funds & accounts of OHFA.
• Develop & oversee process improvement for new & existing programs.
• Supervise preparation of monthly & annual financial statements.
• Administer Automatic Clearing House (ACH) function.
• Represent Chief Financial Officer &/or OHFA at meetings.
• Work with Office of Auditor of State/Independent Public Accountant during annual fiscal year end audit & federal single audit.
• Assist Chief Financial Analyst in gathering data for cost analysis of existing & new programs.
• Research & analyze other account data for Chief Financial Officer, Controller & other members of OHFA leadership.

HYBRID Work: Employees in this position are eligible for OHFA's Teleworking Policy unless operational needs require otherwise. Currently, employees participating in teleworking are required to come into OHFA's offices two (2) days a week & may work from an alternative work location three (3) days per week. OHFA's offices are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

The Office of Finance is seeking a Financial Operations Manager (Admin Staff) with the following work experience & education:
• Three years' work experience in Accounting;
• AND two years' work experience in supervision*.
• AND Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Note: The State of Ohio counts lead work as equivalent experience to supervision.
