Silver Oak University is hiring for the post of HR Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To coordinate with head's and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
• Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference.
• Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
• Conducting telephonic and Personal interviews in coordination with department heads.
• Preparing offer letter, employment contract and completing joining Formalities and other documentation.
• Processing monthly attendance musters and maintaining leave records of employees
• Maintaining employee's personal files and records.
• Keeping track of Confirmation and Increments of employees.
• Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, experience certificate, relieving letter, etc..
• Handling entire payroll process ,
• Calculating employee TDS as per there investment plan,
• Preparing PF ,PT and retention amount details for payments
