Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of immigration processes.
Responsibilities
handling various types of visas,Study Permits, Permanent residency applications, Work Permits, and citizenship cases etc
Analyze and prepare cases for submission
This position includes a lot of writing and preparing letters and documents thus requires legal work writing skills
Collaborate with educational institutions to assess their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Engage in public speaking opportunities regarding sales and marketing.
Assist with various administrative tasks including filing, and document management
Provide support to the case processing team by scheduling internal meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes
Prepare and edit correspondence
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication
Utilize computerized systems and software to organize and maintain records
Experience
RCIC: 1-2 years (preferred)
Proven experience in immigration consulting or a related field is preferred.
Bilingual proficiency (English plus Punjabi /Hindi language) is highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Familiarity with office environments and administrative tasks related to client management.
Skills:
Proficient in public speaking, with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
Strong analytical skills to assess data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
License/Certification:
RCIC License (required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1+.00-$25.00 per hour
Flexible language requirement:
French not required
