We're looking for a talented legal professional to join our team as a Legal Services Specialist. As a key member of our legal department, you will support the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Legal to deliver high-quality legal services to the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing a deep understanding of the business and providing timely advice on various legal areas.
Drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts, including data and software contracts.
Reviewing and amending insurance policy terms and online customer journey changes.
Providing training on contract terms and obligations within the business.
Supporting the development of a commercial background with experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Requirements:

Solid PQE or private practice experience.
Formal legal professional qualification (Solicitor, Barrister).
Practicing certificate.
A solid commercial background with experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Capability to use Office applications to a high standard.
