Location: Work from Anywhere in Australia or NZ
Job Type: Full-Time Contractor
Base + Comission: $6,500+/month OTE

The Role
We’re hiring for a Client Success Manager — a key player who helps our clients generate consistent listing opportunities through a mix of relationship-building, campaign execution, and elite appointment-setting.

You're complacent and need to constantly be told what to do
You're not willing to be coached and cannot accept feedback and own your results
Can't handle rejection, tough conversations and pressure.
Unenthusiastic and not upbeat - this is a high-energy role, and being phone-based, your words and tonality need to reflect this.
You don't have any drive or ambition - this is a performance-based role and you take out what you put in.
You can't clearly communicate - in sales, you need to be clear and confident with both prospects and colleagues.
You’ll be:
Booking qualified appraisal appointments into our clients’ calendars
Managing lead flow and CRM activity
Running client check-in calls (phone & Zoom)
Optimising campaigns powered by AI & Meta ads
Supporting clients in turning appraisals into listings and renewals
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who is:
A confident communicator — written, verbal, and via Slack
Coachable and eager to learn fast
Naturally enthusiastic, driven, and switched-on
Organised with strong calendar/task management
Able to follow systems but also think for themselves
Able to consistently commit to full-time working hours for the first six months. (No surprise trips)
Prior experience in appointment setting or phone-based sales is preferred.
Maintains a reliable and high-speed internet connection.
Collaborative team member with a positive and professional demeanour.
You don’t need to come from a real estate or sales background — if you’re proactive, personable, and ready to show up, we’ll give you the tools.
