Seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our clientele in the specialized domains of Talent Acquisition, focusing on IT & SAP, IT Technical Training, and HRMS (SuccessFactors).

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients in target industries.
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn to proactively generate leads and build a strong network of prospects.
Reach out to leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate conversations.
Understand the staffing needs of potential clients and effectively communicate how Gaur Infotech Solutions can address their requirements.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to align strategies, share insights, and optimize the lead generation process.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to tailor your approach according to market demands.
Collaborate with marketing teams to provide insights for refining lead generation strategies.

Requirements:
Prior experience in IT staffing or HR consultancy is a must.
Proven experience in inside sales or related roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with lead-generating tools and other social media platforms for lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Benefits:
