JOB SUMMARY
As a Sales/ Marketing Manager ,you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand the company's market presence. You will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with other businesses, affiliates, influencers, and platforms to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective inside sales marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Identify potential strategic partners within the e-commerce industry, including online marketplaces, retailers, and other complementary businesses.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of partner companies.
· Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
· Can do Pitching to leads generated on the portal
· Can do Conversion of leads of small and medium size enterprise.
· Develop joint marketing campaigns and promotions with strategic partners to maximize brand exposure and reach a broader audience.
· Create co-branded marketing materials and collateral to support partnership initiatives.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies, messaging, and target audience for joint marketing efforts.
· Collaborate with the inside sales team to create marketing materials that support the sales process, including presentations, case studies, and sales collateral.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for enhancing inside sales marketing effectiveness.
· Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to support inside sales efforts.
· Performance Analysis and Reporting:
· Monitor the performance of strategic partnerships and inside sales marketing campaigns.
· Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of various initiatives.
· Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
· Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefits to effectively communicate them to partners and customers.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads generated through inside sales marketing efforts.
· Coordinate with the finance team to manage partnership budgets and financial agreements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
· Proven experience in strategic partnership development and inside sales marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
· Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain partnerships effectively.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
· Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
