Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer systems, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records and files.
Taking calls, emails, calling customers and Insurance Companies.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow across departments.
Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position, preferably in an Insurance Brokerage setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Proficient in using computer software for data entry, file management, and communication purposes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi language.
