Interior Designer Job

About the job:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Interio cliq. As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces and creating environments that inspire, engage, and enhance the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their functional and aesthetic goals 1. for the space.

2. Conceptualize and develop design concepts that align with the client s vision, budget, and timeline.

3. Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design intent.

4. Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional requirements.

5. Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget estimates.

6. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and address any issues that arise.

8. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices to integrate into designs.

+. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role, with a diverse portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, and retail projects.

2. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar tools.

3. Strong creative and conceptual skills, with a keen eye for detail and spatial awareness.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

6. Bachelor s degree in Interior Design (or equivalent experience).

Preferred qualifications:

1. Certification from a recognized interior design institution.

2. Knowledge of vendor management.

3. Familiarity with construction documents, such as FFE Drawings, services drawings.

4. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.

5. Portfolio of previous work demonstrating successful projects.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
