What We're Looking For
We are seeking experienced Relationship Managers to join our growing team. This opportunity will provide you with an open platform to showcase your talents and learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities
We require the following skills:
• Meet individual and team targets for net-new revenue, new mandates, and meetings.
• Grow pipeline of new sales and incremental business across allocated client portfolio.
• Act as a point of escalation for clients and the Client Service teams, ensuring best-in-class service is consistently delivered.
• Interact with clients, potential leads, and outline business propositions.
• Identify product and service gaps, create customer segmentation, and research market trends.
• Participate in client and design team meetings, closing sales leads, and material selection.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field/Civil background.
• Experience working with an interior firm is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
